MDE App Problem

For months, int the MDE app under "My Plans" displays "We're having trouble retrieving some plans you may have. Pull to refresh." I've pulled to refresh, logged out and logged in, removed and reinstalled the app but keep getting the same thing. I can see all my reservations on the web site without a problem. I can see most of my reservations on the app but not all. Anyone else run into this?
 
Yes. I can see my new room-only reservation for December 2016 on the site, but not the app. I am using the same username and password for both.

The app says I have no upcoming reservations, and I need to link my reservation number. But when I try to do that, it says the number is already linked to an account.

I am not too worried about it yet, because the reservation is so far away. Hope the glitch is resolved eventually though, so I can link park tickets and make fastpasses through the app.
