MDE app not working?

Not sure where to put this but I sign into my app go to press my plans and it goes right back to the sign in page.
anyone else having this problem?

Sometimes it works if you delete the app and reinstall

Both the website and app aren’t taking my fingerprint nor sign in

I was having that problem with the app. I tried updating and deleting and reinstalling. The thing that ended up working was restarting my phone.
