MDE app - New Online Check-in Feature

Have any Canadians successfully been able to check-in or update their online check-in they completed on a computer using the new feature on the MDE app?

I don't have the option to see the nes optuons nor can my SIL.

I found out when we uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it we could check-in. Modifying check-ins that we're completed on the website were not able to be completed on the app.

Glad you were able to fix problem. I just got a survey from Disney, generated from when I was on app trying to find where online check in was! I would never have guessed it was in Guest Services? Does something pop up automatically like in the old App when it's time to check in?

When I open the app it is located under 'My Plans'. I don't need to go to Guest Services. I believe you need to be within 60 days of your arrival to see it in 'My Plans' just as you need to be within 60 days online to see the check-in option there.

Not quite. My WDW trip is Nov 28! That would explain why I can't see it in my plans yet. In old app it was there in my reservations, greyed out, then when you're in 60 days link went live.

I'm under 60 days and the option is under guest services but it doesn't work it shows the link but other than direccion and show in the map, I can't do anything else

If you haven't done so you will need to uninstall your app and then reinstall it in order to get this feature to work. A few of us tried that and it worked.

If you check in online, as Canadians how will we receive our Magic Bands? In the case of rooms, will they be left in the room? But if we are camping do we just pull up to the drive-thru kiosk and claim them there?

We must pick them up at the Front Desk. They are never left in room. I have no experience with camping at FW, but I assume Ft W also has a building for check in with a front desk?

We have checked in online for the past few years. We go to the check-in counter when we arrive to receive our MagicBands. Checking in online allows this process to go faster.

At Fort Wilderness I'm assuming we have to go inside the check-in building to get our Magic Bands rather than receive them at the drive-thru kiosks?
