MDE App and Website Not Updating Changes

Has there already been a thread on this? I can't find it with search. Or maybe I'm the only one this is happening to.

Over the last month, I have been making and cancelling ADRs. I get the confirmation and cancellation emails. However in the MDE app and on the website, the new ADRs AND the cancelled ADRs remain. Several "cancelled" ADRs have been hanging out for weeks. Now I'm having a hard time remembering which ones are active and which ones were cancelled.

I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. On the website I cleared cookies and tried a different browser. No effect.

I'm just wondering if anyone else is dealing with this? I suppose I'll have to call them. Argh.

I've noticed that on the app, but on my laptop it's ok. I've switched resorts and multiple ADRs in the last week and no changes on the app, but show up ok on the website. Maybe reboot your computer and uninstall/reinstall app?

I too saw it only the app, but reinstalling fixed that. On your computer, maybe try a different browser?

I found that also for our stay next week. I was making some dining adjustments but after two days of it being wrong it was all fixed on the app.

I just restarted the computer and now it looks like one cancelled ADR is actually gone for good, but a few others are still there. I guess I'll give it a few days to see if it sorts itself out. IT is not Disney’s strong suit.
