MDE account for other family members?

We’re taking my DD, DSIL, and 3 year old granddaughter to WDW. I made their room reservation as well as paid for it. I will be setting up all the fast passes and ADRs. Do they still need their own MDE account?

Hopefully I’m asking this in the right place, or is there a MDE question board?

Nope.
And the General Theme Parks board would been the right place, vs. Resorts. This is not a Resort question but a General Disney question.
