I know this sounds weird but....
I have to travel to Pensacola on business the week before our trip to WDW.
I have a 2 hour lay over in Orlando
Would this be enough time to run over to Guest Services and trade-in old tickets and get back in time for the second flight?
I wouldn't have any luggage to check-in (since it's a layover) and I don't carry a purse.
How much would it cost as well?

No, not in my opinion. It takes a MINIMUM of 30 minutes to get to WDW from the airport and that is if there are no traffic delays at all. That leaves only an hour (under ideal circumstances) to stand in line, trade in your tickets and then at the airport, get through security and to the gate and on the plane. I wouldn't chance it. (FWIW, The 30 minute estimate is once you are in the car or taxi. MEARS would most definitely not work here, so you are looking at approx $100 to do this in a towncat or taxi. You don't have time to rent a car).

As an alternative, you might try taking your tickets to the Disney Store in the MCO airport terminal. They may have the equipment there to scan the old tickets. I know that they issue actual annual passes there, so I'm guessing that they will be able to complete your transaction as well. Hope so. Good Luck!
