MCO to DTD-- cheapest option?

Okay, this is a different question. If we want to go from the airport to Downtown Disney (we will only have a small backpack each), how can two people do this the cheapest way possible? We figured on shopping there for an hour or so, picking up dinner, then getting a bus to our resort to check in.

The cheapest way would be a LYNX bus to the TTC, then monorail or bus to a resort to transfer to a DTD bus. LYNX service between MCO requires a transfer in downtown Orlando where service to TTC is pretty limited, so YMMV.

I did this in November and it was long but OK - beats the heck out of a shuttle. I wasn't able to find reasonable LYNX routes to get near Crossroads.

If you're staying onsite, Magical Express is free. Just take it to a resort, then take the DTD bus.
