Daft question perhaps, but looking at videos of the terminal, am I right in saying that if someone arrives to meet someone flying into the terminal C, they have a totally clear view of you at baggage claim and immigration? There seems to be no separation. Also begs the question why those arriving can’t just wander off but perhaps there’s a rope or something.

Thanks!

There are no barriers around baggage claim at any of the terminals. It's been a long time since I've seen one at any airport.

There are two luggage claim areas. The international is before custom, and the domestic is right by the street.

The jetways in Terminal C are designed so that they can send international arrivals directly up to level 6 so that you have to go to customs and immigration. Domestic arrivals stay on level 2nd and then have to go up to level 6 to reach the domestic baggage claim area.
