MCO South Exit - Boggy Creek Road

Is this route out of MCO lit?

If not, would it be easier and quicker to exit to the North onto the Bee-Line or am i worrying uneccessaringly about exiting the airport in the dark?

It is the route I have always taken. I have always found it well signposted, but whether the other route is better I don't know as I've not been that way

I prefer the South as it is quieter and a bit more direct to LBV.

It is certainly lit for the first part - not sure about the rest. Dont think Boggy Creek road is once you get off the airport boundary.

Its never been fully dark whenever we have gone through there though.

We've done it in the dark and it was no problem at all.

We always head south from MCO onto the 417 and never had a problem.

Assuming you're heading on the 417 it's very well sign-posted
