I will be traveling with another family to WDW. They will arrive at MCO 1 1/2 hours earlier than my family. After they get their luggage is there some where they can get a cup of coffee or something to eat and wait for us. I know there are plenty of places to go in the terminal but is there anything near baggage claim? Thanks

To my knowledge, only on level 3 in the food court. They would have to claim their luggage and return to level 3 as I know it.

They'll have to come back up to the main floor, but there is a Starbucks with some seating right outside the security entrance at the "A" terminal.

Same with us. My SIL & BIL arrive 1 hour before us, I was going to tell them to retrieve their luggage and go to the food court where there is plenty of seating. They could get a cup of tea or a snack while they wait for us.
We are arriving at Terminal A and they are coming in at Terminal B.

If you are going to wait for someone why not just send your luggage with Disney and wait on the third floor. Keep your carry-ons. Seems to me that would be the best idea.

Edd is right(as usual)-3rd floor is much better(it's almost like most people don't know it's there)

No, The tram IS on level 3, and takes you from the main terminal out to the gate area's. You would have to pass thru security, which without a boarding pass is a no no.
