Try the transportation board, I got some great advice there last year. I know the closer you get the better deals. I originally had a week at $239, then $178 and last week $78 for just the 5 days we wanted it. So keep checking. Alamo is so easy coming into MCO!

We used Hotwire at the end of December. Got a great deal two days before we left. We had a reservation at Costco as backup.
