MCO-PO Transport

I am trying to find an inexpensive alternative to transport from the airport to a hotel in Cape Canaveral for our cruise and then back to WDW resort after our cruise. There are four adults. We currently have a car rental ressie (one way-MCO-Port) from Dollar for $35 - but all the taxes and fees makes the grand total about $60. I have explored some of the transport services that are posted here, on allears and mousesavers, but with tip, the cost is around $130. I found a couple of shuttle services by doing a search, but I am worried that they may not be as reputable as they seem. A few have complaints when looking in the BBB. Maybe I am trying for the impossible,.... is $130 what I should expect to pay - for one way service? Thanks to anyone that can advise me.

It's $33 one-way per person to take Disney busses so a car rental is probably the best bet.

Gotta agree. The $60 total for a one way car rental is cheaper than the $130 transport services - even two one-way rentals (to the port, then to Disney) are cheaper than a single one-way transport service.

You could find one-way car service from MCO to the port for $100.00. Round trip would run you $180.00. The car service will drop you off at the ship, with the porters unloading the luggage, no rental-car turn in and no 10 - 20 minute wait to get to the ship for boarding after dropping off the rental, 45 minutes after baggage pick-up at MCO.

Round trip would have the car service waiting for you as you get off the ship and 45 minutes back to MCO.
