mclaren recall - sorry! someone else posted this too

mclaren will be announcing a recall tomorrow. my friend's dad works for the company. not sure of the details but something about children's fingers being cut off because of the hinges. they will offer hinge covers.

i have two mclarens still in the box! boo! i will probably just get the covers.

It's EVERYTHING - from 1999 to today. Ugh. Got my MIL to buy one for our new baby, and now we need to patch it up with a hinge cover. I'd expect it from a $50 stroller, but not a $200.

Uggg not cool!! Is the only option hinge covers or are they offering refunds/replacements as well??
