I don’t like McDonalds burgers/sandwiches because they have sauces and condiments on them. I have tried to order them without, and still got them with the nasty condiments. If I go to McDonalds, it’s an order of chicken nuggets, fries, and an iced tea or regular Coke.
I actually prefer breakfast at McDonalds though. Their breakfast items are generally pretty tasty.
fish, fries, iced tea. I don't know that our McDonalds has mozzarella sticks. Though, I also haven't been to a McDonalds in at least 5 years, probably more like 10.

I recently had McDonalds for the first time in over a decade (5 hour drive, hungry and I had to pee), went with the mccrispy, small fries and a water, sandwich was actually good, hot, but I didn’t know I had to order condiments, so it had none (I love condiments).
In the US I don't think we have any other sides at McD's except fries, and I would still consider a Filet O Fish a sort of burger. In fact my mom and I have always called it a 'fish burger'.
Anyway, I choose Big Mac, fries, and a regular Coke.
I eat at McDonald's at least once a week, usually a fish sandwich or McDouble, fries, and a senior coffee. Sometimes I get Big Mac sauce to dip the fries in.
