Is it true that they no longer serve McDonalds nuggets and fries in WDW? I know they use to have them in Cananda in Epcot and in Dinoland in Animal kingdom. My daughter has an egg allergy and these I know she can have.

Dinoland did not have McDonald's nuggets when we were there in March/April. I believe that they only have the regular Disney chicken nuggets on property unless you go to McD's by the AllStars or DTD. Those two McDonalds are not on the meal plan.

All McDonald's outlets have been removed from the theme parks. Their contract to operate inside the parks was not renewed. There is still a McDonald's at Downtown Disney and one near the All-Star Resorts. The previous poster is correct; neither McDonalds accepts dining plan credits.

Since your DD has a food allergy, you should contact the special diets people. You can email them at specialdiets@Disneyworld.com and they will contact you within 48 hours. My DS has milk and peanut allergies (he outgrew his egg allergy last year) and this is the route that we are going. Also notify the chef or manager at each restaurant upon arrival and they will work with you to find all kinds of things that your DD can eat. When you contact special diets they will send you an email with all kinds of useful information. I have to recommend the egg, milk, and peanut free caramel popcorn (by Divvies) that they sell at the Main Street Bakery. It is super yummy!
