McDonald's Employee discounts

Went to McDonald's today for a McRib (yummy). They had an ad up for help wanted and as one of the beneifts they had listed "Disney Disounts." Anyone know what kind of discount they get?

They are back in Chicago for a limited time, I have seen the commercials

AHHHHHH I'm going to have to see if they are back here in the Twin Cities!! Litteraly we were just talking about missing riblet sandwiches on Wednesday night. If I didn't have the cruddy cold I have now I would be in the car already on my way there
