mBT shoes? Good for walking?

I've been reading all kinds of posts on which shoe is best to wear during a WDW stay. I'm sure it depends on individuals but I'm wondering if anyone has a pair of these mBT sneakers? I saw a little story on them in a weekly women's magazine and then started seeing commercials for them at a store in my state. I've never heard of them before and they do look kind of funky but they claim that when you walk while wearing these, you use your "core muscles" plus it also gives relief for those who suffer from Plantar Facilitis. this would have been my reason for buying them. So I go to the website (hawleylaneshoes dot com) and look them up and they were $250 HELLO, who in their right mind has that kind of money when it comes to a pair of shoes.

Anyhow, just wondering if anyone has these and do you feel a difference while wearing them. I guess if it would give me relief with my heel pain, I might just have to buckle down and buy a pair.
