My daughter and I visited WDW in August with friends. I used the photo pass to have some pictures taken. A few weeks after we were home I ordered 2 of the pictures on line. My credit card shows the charge, but I have not received the photos. I have a confirmation code saying that they were shipped on 9-19.
How the heck do I find out where these photos are? I have been patient way too long.

Did you check on the PhotoPass site?

If you click on the "Contact Us" section at the bottom, there are links to where you can track your order, and other links to Guest Services.

I would go back to the website online that I ordered the pictures from and find a contact number or address.
That's what I would do.
Do you have a tracking number from the post office or UPS?? I would contact them and see if they can help.
