Can anyone tell me who I call ??

Do I call guest relations? Guest services the resort, travel company combo of?

I need to request a pack nplay, I have 4 plus an infant we r staying at POR do I need to stay at MB or AB?.

Then I also need to change an age on my reservation fix a name (Madelyn) not Madeline, and add flights so we can apparently request the ME to come get us.

Call WDTC or whoever you booked your trip through, if you used a TA.

have heard if thru travel agent then changes must be made by that travel agency......Pros and cons of using TA. i do find that most TA cant get much better pricing. Disney kinda has their set prices take it or leave it...i

1 of the reasons i do all my reservations.....you can put ME reservations in online if your reservation shows up online under your name etc....


did you use a TA? The one time i used an agent. They seemed like after i got the initial pkg they didnt want to be bothered with littles changes etc....

Did you use a travel agency to book? If not, then you can go to the Disney World website and look up your reservation using your confirmation number. Where it says add a request, a drop down will open and the pack n play, I believe is a choice. You can also call Disney reservations-1-407-WDISNEY and tell a cast member you need a pack n play.
If you made your reservation through a travel agent, he/she will need to make the request for you.

Sorry, I should have said.. No TA. So I can call just the normal wdw travel number? And can I stay in MB with 4 and a pnp?

You can stay in any section in POR with 4 plus and infant. Theoretically, the infant doesn't "count". Just request a pack and play when you call. Have fun, great resort.
