Has anyone else noticed that the criminals on CSI and Law & Order are easy to figure out lately? Anytime I see a recognizable actor's name in the opening credits or see them in the first few scenes, I know that they are the killer/rapist/up to no-gooder.

Case in point: Last week's CSI, as soon as I saw Kyle Secor's (of Homicide: life on the street fame) name I knew he was the killer. Same goes for when I saw Mark-Linn Baker (Perfect Strangers fame) on L&O, Olivia D'Abo (Wonder Years) on L&O, etc. etc.
I'm hoping they will throw in a "special guest star" and have them not be the one who committed the crime. I love these shows but have been disappointed lately due to this factor.
