I bought some pins for our upcoming WDW trip off of ebay. Some of them are stamped Disneyland. Will that be a problem?

No, it won't be a problem. They will accept those pins.

All Disney parks will trade pins from other parks. Be cautious purchasing pins form Ebay though because many of the pins sold there are "scrappers" and should not be traded at the parks.
