Maya Grill-Good Choice?

We are staying at the Coronado Springs Resort for our next trip. What do you think of the Maya Grill? I am thinking that we might meet there on our first night of the trip. There will be a large group with a variety of ages.
Any input would be appreciated.

We have stayed at CSR twice and eaten at Maya Grill for dinner twice. Both meals were very good. Service one time was fair, the other time excellent. Both times the food was great and there was no wait. I would give it a try!!!

We've stayed at CSR at least a half dozen times, and have enjoyed Maya Grill every trip. Food and service can vary from good/average to excellent, I have never had a bad experience here. It's often overlooked for ADRs, and can be easy to get into if there's not a huge convention at the resort.

Very yummy. I think they have the best breads and dipping sauce on property.

They use to have a beef tips meal I just loved. Unfortunately I have not seen that for awhile. Seems like now they offer a dish with some beef tips over something. Good. But not as good as what they had. (darn)

However I can't imagine a bad dish there.

Had the breakfast buffet a few years ago and thought it good(not great). Last time for dinner was so long ago I can't recall.
