Maya Grill for Breakfast

Has anyone been here for their breakfast? If so, how was it?

Hi disneyquilter -- We ate at Maya Grill for breakfast this past February. It was a breakfast buffet, and while I cannot recall specific things that we liked or disliked, I do remember that we really enjoyed it! I don't think you'll be disappointed!

We did the Maya Grill breakfast several years ago and enjoyed the buffet.

Although most of the food is "typical" Disney buffet food, it was a cut above as the food was hot and fresh! One CM actually took the spoon for the scrambled eggs out of my hand and refilled the tray with hot fresh eggs. The fresh fruit "station" was wonderful. And the atmosphere, when we were there, was quiet and relaxing-a nice change from the hoop la la of many Disney buffets.

Thanks so much for the info. We maybe staying at Coronado Springs again for our next trip and wanted to know how the restaurant was, since we did not experience it the last time we stayed there.

We always do Maya at least once for breakfast. As noted it's a pretty basic buffet (they do have a breakfast burrito) and it isn't usually crowded. A good spot for breakfast!!
