Were there any rooms available to upgrade into once you got to the port??

We had to constantly remind the spa staff to turn it on in the morning and then wait for things to warm up, or on a port day. The soap dispenser in the womans locker room didn't work the entire two weeks, and I reported it broken many times. The heavy aromatherapy steam room (the smallest one) had no scent in it for the entire two weeks.

I never heard anyone mentioning it being crowded. With so many things going on and with so many activities to choose from, I'm not surprised.![]()
