May Repo Cruisers. I have a last minute question :(

With all the hoopla going on, I forgot to figure out what we are going to do in Curacao! I know I read up about going to the Hilton, wrote it down on my itinerary, but is it closed to the public? Can we take a taxi there on our own?

Any help would be great!
