Wow, we are already at 5/17. This month on induction is going quick.
I noticed that the Keto sticks register better either early in the Am, or at night. And it took since Thursday, but mine finally shows that I'm losing.
I ate allot this weekend, but only induction foods. I lost only 1 Lb, bringing me to 196. But I think I stalled last week because of the morning start bars. So I eliminated them Thursday. Since Thursday, the Keto sticks have been negative, until last night and this AM. So it took 4 days to start losing again after stalling on the morning start bars. I feel good today.
I have a mini goal to be at 190 by the end of May's induction. That's losing 6LBS in 2 weeks. (I'll be happy if I just get close to 190)

Yeah, I've noticed those bars are best to avoid during induction. Even after induction, I still only eat one every week or so, just to satisfy my sweet tooth. Congratulations on your loss, and keep up the good work! :D
