May I whine a little?

I know other people are having a much worse week than I, but I am SO sick. My son started with a double ear infection and the stomach virus last Wed. night. Bby Fri. night, my daughter was throwing up too. I ended up getting it and throwing up all day Sat. By Sat., my son was starting on an upper-respiratory infection. By Sun. night, I was coming down with that, too. I've decided that it's the flu because I'm just not bouncing back. This is my 3rd day with 101 fevers - every time my Motrin wears off. I started a strong antibiotic yesterday because I seem to have pharyngitis as well. But I just feel like dog dirt, and I'm tired of being sick. Anyway, thanks for letting me vent.

I am so sorry. I am trying to get back on my feet 4 days into a very wicked stomach "thingy". It is taking me a long time to bounce back. So far it is just me...hopefully it will stay that way. Down here our virus is lasting 4-14 days.

Those beagles!

Two years ago, I was miserably sick on xmas eve. I mean, I had the flu so bad I couldn't move for a week except for bathroom. I sent my family to my moms for the evening, so they could have some xmas celebration. However, I had the dog for company.

Sam beagle would not leave my side. Kept me warm when I had the chills. He laid on the bed with me day and night, only leaving for eating and business.

Beagles are so comforting!!

Feel better soon!!!!! The stomache thing is going through my classroom- I was out for 2 days with it, and we've avaraged 5-6 kids per day out with it all week. Hopefully February vacation will clean out all the germs! I hope you and your family feel better soon!
