May hours watch thread!

Thankfully Disney just released the April hours, now who is waiting for May? I really wonder how the press events and whatnot will effect the hours...how many private partys will be held cloing the parks early to us
I'm going Apr 27 - May 7 and hope MK doesn't close too early most days around the 5th. Let the waiting for the May hours begin (Thank goodness February is the shortest month)

I'm waiting too We are going May 6-20!! I can't wait much longer I need to be at Disney World.

They've been consistently coming out 60 days prior, so May should come out March 1.

The official press event dates are May 4, 5 and 6, so it's unlikely anything will close early before or after those days.

I was really disappointed in april's hours (the end of the month). My kids usually have off the week before Easter but this year it's the last week in April. I really enjoy the Magic Kingdom late at night after the parade. I hope your May hours are better. They probably will be considering the celebration that starts. carolyn

I'm impatiently waiting!! February better go fast!!! We'll be there the 11th thru the 21st! Our first trip to WDW!!

I'm waiting too, april 28-May 4th, I must say I'm a little disappointed, I've booked all of our reserved seating times for our trip thinking we'd be able to catch fireworks after and the park is closed early, you know I though I was on the ball my planning my schedule ahead but now I have to wait another month to get the rest of our times hoping I won't have to change our priority seating times.

I am waiting for those May hours too! I hate having to make PS this month without knowing the EMH or parades or anything. I guess I will just go ahead and take some guesses with my PS and hope I don't have to change too much when the hours do come out.

Here were the hours when we were there this past May, 2004. The may be quite different this year with the big celebration but could serve as some guide.

Animal Kingdom every day 9-5
Epcot every day 9-9
MGM May 1-8, 9-8:30
(Car parade 5 pm, Fantasmic 8:30)
and May 9-15 every day 9-9
(Car parade 5:30 pm, Fantasmic 9 pm)

Magic Kingdom as follows:
1 9-7
2 9-7
3 9-9
4 9-930
5 9-9
6 9-9
7 9-9
8 9-11
9 9-9
10 9-9
11 9-10
12 9-9
13 9-9
14 9-9
15 9-10

Spectromagic was only May 4, 8 (twice), 11 and 15.
Wishes, of course, is at park closing.

This morning, I had put up with all the snow and cold I could put up with, called MS 2pm, on hold 2min.....made ressies for April 1-10 at OKW.....hung up, called my DW and told her to change any plans that she and the kids had. Tonight I check out April hours....that's cool.......so far so good.....I gotta quit thinkin.....that just causes me more problems! Good Luck to all of you!
