May Exercise Challenge - Summer's almost here!!

I didn't get in a workout yesterday (and I felt guilty ALL DAY about it!). But I hit the treadmill for 50 minutes this morning. That brings me to

1423/1400

I passed my goal for May with the rest of today and tomorrow to go!

Today 45 Min on the Stationary Bike 1197/1200 :yay:


Cutting it close, but I should be able to get in three more min by tomorrow morning. If I had realized I was that close, I would have stayed on the bike a few more min this morning.

Well.... I didn't count the four hours of yard work I did yesterday, including moving 14 bags of mulch at least three times (pallet to shopping cart, shopping cart to car, yard to flower bed... DH was kind enough to unload them from the car). And that didn't include the 12 bags I emptied that I bought last week. But it was definitely a workout.

This morning I did 30 minutes with the BL Cardiomax DVD. That brings me to

1453/1400.

If the rain holds out I will spend the day doing yard work. If it does rain, I may get in another "real" workout inside, so I'm not going to say that this is my final number yet....................P

Late in posting this. Don't expect to be updated but have to do it anyway now that I'm here.

I finished May at 1530/1800.

Didn't quite make it. Actually missed more exercise time getting ready for our trip and then recovering from it :scared1: than I missed while on vacation!

Moving on to June, time to get vack on track! :cheer2:
 
I ended with 1010/1000. Just squeaked it in. Gotta work harder in june so i have a buffer.
