May Exercise Challenge - Summer's almost here!!

Garage sale is done....Finally! Friday ok, but Saturday I ended up moving it out, rain, back in, back out, rain, back in, back out, wind & I gave up!! We have been babysitting my DSil 2 papillons while she is visiting her sister in NC. UGH!!!! They NEVER SHUT UP and are totally antisocial to everyone.....Not to mention the nasty messes!!

I will be in FL (visiting my DSis, not WDW) the 14th thru 19th, but will have my laptop, so hopefully can update there.

Please be thinking about July as I will be gone over half of the month, so I won't be able to run July. I will be back home late on 8/1, so I can post Aug then.

As usual, commit to as many or as few minutes as you wish for the month, then come back here periodically to update your progress....ie. post "I'm at 346/750 minutes so far"

then I will be on to update the list in the first post.

I'm in for 310 minutes (10 minutes per day for health reasons right now). :yay:
 
I was really close last month so I think I'll go ahead and bump mine up. I'll go up to 1100 this month.

I am going to challenge myself to get to 1400 minutes this month. Of course, I am not starting off too strong.... I am giving myself today off!.......P

PixieDust32 ~ all you need to do is say how many minutes you're going to aim for this month with your exercise.

For example, I'm in for 310 and each day (or whenever I get time), I'll come back and say OK now I'm at 50/310 or 100/310 complete. Hope that helps! :)

I'm in this month for 1800 min again. :banana:

I was going to shoot a little higher after my great month last month, but we will be going away for a week which will cut down some on my available exercise time, and also it's starting to heat up some here in sunny FL and that tends to cut down on the time I can spend exercising outdoors. I had heat exhaustion last summer and don't want to do that again. I am still going to try to blow my goal away though. I really like the way that feels! :teeth:

Pixie, welcome to the challenge! :wave: Just post the number of exercise minutes you want to commit to this month and then update the total min completed as often as you can. For example, I just committed to 1800 min this month. Today was a much needed rest day for me, so as of today I am at 0/1800 min for May. Julie will post a list of everyone's min completed/goal soon, and will update her master list as you post your min completed . Check in often, it's a great way to stay motivated!

Julie, good luck with your garage sale! I know how much work goes into those! :scared1: You really are a hero for taking on running this challenge every month! :cheer2: :flower3:
 

it's all in the top post Pixie, just state what your amount goal is and then post updates of how much you've exercised every now and then. :thumbsup2





so far I am off to slow start, just couldnt get in gear today and only managed 36 minutes

I did some torture with Jillian Michaels this morning..... I am at... 20/1400. I hope to get in more this afternoon.................P
