May 8 is a Tuesday. I almost always go the weekend of Mothers day - my birthday. Its slow until Sunday when ever I go. You sure your dates are May? April has a 8 to 11 that starts on Sunday.

Yup, I messed up. I meant May 6 - 9 (Sun-Wed)

Yes, because unless the days are during a holiday period that isn't consistent across a week the busiest days are always the same. Saturday is worst, followed by Sunday, Friday not as bad, Monday not as bad, and Tuesday-Thursday are all the same and best. You could say to put a relative scale on it, Saturday equals 10, Sunday 9, Friday 5, Monday 2, and Tuesday-Thursday are 1s.
