May 31st changes for table service credits?

I've been trying to find a definitive answer on this but haven't been able to. One posting I read said one of the changes to the DDP as of 5/31/15 was that people would be able to use more than one table service credit at a time to "buy" meals for folks not on the plan. Is that definite? Has anyone been able to do this recently?

I too would like a definitive answer to this question. It's been over a month since the "changes" were announced, but I have yet to hear of anyone who has had experience with using table service credits for others not on the plan. I'm very anxious to find out whether or not this is now allowed.

I would love to know the answer to this as well. I've been searching around but I've only seen rumored changes, nothing definite.

There has been no official statement from Disney. There are minor changes reflected in the 2016 brochure.

The original rumor stated that you'd be able to use more credits than people on the plan at a single meal. It did not, however, say you could use those credits for people who are not on the plan. That's not a huge leap, but it's was never explicitly stated.

I really wanted to know about getting snack credits in exchange for a QS meal. I know that it has been mentioned that you are able to do this at many resort locations (we have done it in the past), however the rumored information that I saw also listed different locations in the parks such as Big Top Souvenir or Writer's Stop that this would happen? Any information?
