May 2nd P&P - Who else is going?

DH and I are going. I am very excited, it is my first hard ticket event also! May 2nd is the first day of our trip, and I thought PPP would be a great way to kick it off!

DH is worried its just for kids (we dont have any yet), but I said, no it's for adults too!

Well, it's just me and DH too (no kids yet either) so there will be at least one other childless couple there!

Good to know we won't be alone! Question for you, I actually just called to get my tickets, but forgot to ask...Will they send the tickets to me in the mail? Or will we get them when we check in? I am guessing they will be sent, right? Thanks for any help you can provide!

I think we'll be there too! We were hoping for 4/29, but I'm thinking 5/2 may actually work even better! We have CRT scheduled for dinner and then ready to party for the night!
We've never been before, so not really sure what to expect. Hope it's not crowded, but everyone seems to be jumping at the tickets, makes me a little nervous...

Anybody have an idea of how busy Fantasyland is during the parties?

Just got my tickets for May 2nd!!! It will be me, DH, DD15, and DD6!!!
I had to rework some adr's. We now have a 5:05 adr at The Crystal Palace.
We will probably spend the day at one of the waterparks then get ready for dinner and the party!!!!

The CM I spoke to told me I can expect my tickets to arrive by mail anytime in the next 10 days to 2 weeks!!!

If you don't specify, I believe they send them to you. I believe it takes 8-10 days to get them. The only other option I know is to have them waiting at Will Call.

We have dinner reservations at Kona that night..but may switch to CP if I can. I'm going to call in about an hour to see if we can do that..if not, I'll keep the Kona reservations.

I don't think the paties sell out. They are popular, but not that popular because there are so many of them. It seems like they are selling like mad because so many on the boards are anxious about them. I think a lot of the general public may not even be aware of them.

From what I understand, the whole park is really uncrowded. You should have no problem riding until your hearts content.

Yay! Looking forward to PPP, I am going to try to bring my LGMH if DH doesnt make fun of me to bad and maybe we'll run into some DISers.

I am reading your trip report now...from the link on your sig. Congratulations on your wedding! We got married last summer and got engaeged at disney the summer before that.
