Our cabin number is 8010. I don't know if I missed it or not, but has a time and location been set up for the meet? Or will that be decided closer to the sail date? Just checking. So much to do in such little time! I need to get off my butt and work hard on the FE gifts!

Great job on the FE! Looks so cute!

I'd show ours--but the machine that does all my Disney designs decided at the WRONG time that it needed to be in the shop--So ours is sitting here in pieces waiting for the machine to come back from the shop. If it gets too late, we'll have to shift gears and do something else! Good thing that we had a couple different things in mind to begin with!
 
I know our April 1st deadline is fast approaching and so far we are still barely under 40.
I just wanted to put my 2 cents out there and say that if we did go 40 or even a couple over, it would not bother me to keep it all as one and not do a split.
Since we knew it could go to 39 I have made all my plans on the higher number and added a few to it to make sure I had plenty.
As I said just my little bit of input, and I will go with whatever everyone wants.

Has anyone been to Costa Maya before? I'm not sure what to do for an excursion. We're big foodies so the salsa one sounds fun but I'm waiting to see some review first. Same with the snorkeling. I also found a link on another thread to the Tropicante beach and bar, which sounds nice too. Would love to know what other people are planning...

For some reason, we flaked on making a Palo dinner reservation in advance and now they are booked every night! We did get Palo brunch at least. Hopefully we can squeeze in once we're on the ship.

I'm stumped with Cost Maya as well. None of the excursions are jumping out at me. I did look into a beach resort called Maya Chan that looked fantastic but another poster mentioned the small amount of time we have in Costa Maya (1-5ish) that it wouldn't be worth the money. We may not do any excursions and just check out the port a little. I did read someplace that there was a nice pool at the port. I will have to find that again now that I am not looking into excursions anymore.
 
I can't believe we are sailing in a little more than 2 months. We booked while we were on the Dream last May and this year has just flown by! Last cruise we didn't know about participating in the FE group so I'm glad a co-worker of my husband told him about it! Here is our FE that my whole family took part in making!

We would like the FE to be divided. If some people would like to keep it at 40 maybe once it is divided that person/cabin could be on both lists. What do you think?

I dont think anyone will have to worry!!

I am going to send out an email soon, just making sure everyone is still going to participate. Some people change their mind , have changed cruise plans etc etc.

I'm with those who don't want to divide the list - I've gotten most items but have made some extras plus am personalizing some others so adding a few more names isn't an issue.......

I agree with keeping the whole group together. I planned for extras as well and already have all the supplies to make the gifts for 40-ish. Now I just need to make them! So excited though! :love:

It won't matter to us whether we split or not. Most everything is either 1/2 done as per everyone that is now (and those that were) on the list. If we end up splitting we'll just be on both lists if you don't mind--I don't want to waste the fabric when things are already personalized for the 18 and unders. So you'll just be "stuck" receiving from us. We just hope you enjoy it--and no, no sneak peeks!

There are a lot that mail a lot of their stuff to the ship and/or hotel to save luggage space. That is my plan this year. I know there are places that you can mail back home also.

I agree with not splitting it. I can make the difference of what's not finished. Ie decided to ship it to the hotel if it's less then a extra piece of luggage. I'll finish up after the 1st. Were so excited!

I don't know if this helps anyone, but we're only a few hour drive away from the port and we're either driving over Friday night or Saturday morning and we have plenty of room in our Expedition for a few extra boxes of FEs. If you want, you can ship it to us, and we'll just bring it over with us. PM me if that option might work for you and I'll give you our address.

We've done it before for some other cruises where people were flying in.
