Today was tough. My daughter graduated from elementary school. I felt bad that she couldn't have her Dad there. Other children had there Dads there and it just intensified my feelings of loss. We got through it and looking forward to this break. I haven't started packing yet!

We don't fly to Barcelona until the day of our cruise. We will leave Athens at 8:50am.
But, can anyone help me?
I read on someones review that we need to bring blowdryers? Is this really true? How annoying. Also, I read that the power is only 110. So much for charging my cell phone which is European 220 V.
Can anyone confirm that this is true? If nobody knows, I'll call Disney Cruises.

Jennifer, the plugs are US 110 plugs... look on your cell phone charger and see if it says from 110-220V, if so you can just use one of the adapters and not a transformer... let me know, we have a few Euro to US adapters I can let you borrow one if you need!
And I thought I saw there were blow dryers, just the smaller ones, I wasn't planning on packing mine, just my flat iron!

Jennifer, there are blowdryers but they really are useless as they put out very little air/heat. I highly recommend bringing your own hair dryer.

Thanks for your help. I've got to find that travel blowdryer for 110v!
I just checked my cell phone charger and it will work with 110v. Rebecca, I would greatly appreciate being able to borrow one of your Euro to US adapters. I've never needed one of those, only the other way around.

I am supposed to be flying over the Atlantic right now. Instead I am at the holiday inn express in Atlanta . My flight was two hours late and I missed the flight to to lhr. So I will be in Barcelona a day later than planned. I am glad I put a couple of days cushion before boarding the ship. Good night!

I can't believe it!!! After waiting for 9 months, to day is finally here. We leave here at 2:00 and leave ATL for BCN at 5:50 (or so ) tonight.
