Happy Friday everyone!!! I did end up getting to watch the DCL special last night after all. I just got my times all mixed up...LOL DH enjoyed watching and is excited about the cruise, however he says he is overwhelmed about everything there is to do! I can't tell if he's just messing with me (he is a big jokester) or if he means it. He says there is so much to do and we'll never have the time to do it all. I just said that is why do another cruise the next year!!!

Oh, and we might get some snow here early tomorrow. They say it won't be enough to stay on the ground though.

I'm glad it's Friday but am not looking forward to freezing at the girls' 11:00 AM soccer game tomorrow! Our high for the day will be 45. Emily & I will also have to be outside in the afternoon doing Girl Scout cookie sales at Blockbuster. Why can't we have Sunday's weather on Saturday??? The high on Sunday will be back up to 65.

Happy Friday! Tell DH that DCL has planned it that way! Too much to do on one cruise, keeps us coming back for more! Repeats, Do-Overs, whatever you want to call them......... they're a fact of life for many of us!!

This has definitely been a "unique" winter in the south! Summer one day; winter's back the next! Atlanta probably won't get any snow, but we'll likely see some flurries. It's not going to get out of the 30's tomorrow here! (yesterday was 70!)

Brrr...Our high tomorrow will be 35!! I am SOOO hoping for some snow to stay on the ground...but they are just not sure it will stay here. Sunday the high is going to be 50. Looks like a good weekend to stay in and try to start my scrapbooking again!! (my scrapbooking room has become the ebay room and I'm always to lazy to move it all to use the table )

Yes, you are so right...Disney does that on purpose so we have to go on the cruises again and again to experience it all. The first cruise (just me and ds then) we just really took it easy. It was the first time in years I had taken more than just a couple days off..and the last time I was sick all week. So our cruise was all about RELAXING. It was the BEST trip for me and ds!!! I can't wait to experience it with dh and ds!! And I fully expect to be rebooking onboard!!!

Hope you're having fun with that new laptop. We just went wireless about a month ago. I love it because I have a laptop for work. Now when I work from home, I can sit anywhere!

We had snow today. The ground was too warm for it to stick though. Both soccer & Girl Scout cookie sales were cancelled for today.

Thats good news Ang!! At least you weren't out in the cold!!

I love wireless. I always use my lap top using wireless!! We also have used unsecure "lines" while waiting for our router!! It was hit or miss out here, but at least it was something!!!

We got snow this morning!! Dh stayed up all night and woke me up at 3am! It was really coming down but wasn't sticking! My parents woke up too..but ds said he was too tired to come look! DH and I stayed up and watched the news coverage. They were all saying it was safe to drive...just drive carefully....then all of a sudden...BAM... on the live cam there was an accident...cars were slipping and slidding!!! Around 6:30am the snow stuck to the ground and we went outside to play!! (darn was it COLD!!!) It was still snowing so it was pretty neat to see!!! We took tons of pictures...ate an early breakfast...and then went back to sleep until 2pm!!

I know...I was so happy to see snow!! LOL Dh feels much better now...(since we missed the big snow on his bday...ds and I still tease him that it is his fault we didn't see snow then )

I really cant imagine what everyone up north is going through with all this snow. It is just crazy how much snow they are getting!!

Guess what??

1 year, 2 months and 14 days until the cruise!! We are getting closer to the "less than a year" happy dance

I'm surprised that the price of this cruise hasn't changed at all. Laura & Sandi, I don't remember how early you booked the last cruise but within 3 months of me booking, the price jumped $1000. I think I booked in October of '04 & it jumped $1000 after the Christmas cruise that year. I wonder will we'll see it start to fill. I guess the economy is putting a damper on everything right now.

Hey guys. We got some snow too over the weekend. The one weekend I didn't want it to snow it did. My parents were flying out Sat. morning for DCL so we had to take the long way to the airport b/c all the overpasses were closed.

I've been slacking in the posting department lately, so blame me for page 3. We just opened up the library after being closed for a week for drywall repair and new paint. Everything looks great, but very dusty.

I know...this time change has us all very tired too!!
And I remember in 05 our cruise prices went up a lot not too long after I booked(i booked when the dates first came out).

Ds is loving golf! He used to go golfing with Papa all the time, even up here in AL when he would visit. The team actually went out yesterday to one of those courses. The kids can't use the golf carts...so they had to carry all their own equipment all over....he was so TIRED afterwards!!

I noticed that too. When we booked the double-dip, we got in WAY late (October of 2005!) and we paid a high price! So this time we get in early and I'm anxious to whoop it up over how much we saved by booking early...... it's not even a wimper yet!
