I thought that didn't apply once the next year's rates were announced. I admit I haven't looked that far in advance before, but I thought the rates were announced for the entire year, not just part of it.

But if that's the case, the CMs pants were still on fire.

I was able to book for March, May, July and September, but nothing beyond that. No big deal but I did think that once the new rates were announced, the 499 days no longer applied.

I didn't think it applied either, and I didn't think it applied to room only. However, I can't book anything past a checkout date of 11/4/17. To do that, I had to modify my ressie from checkout 11/3 to 11/4. The website wouldn't let me book it originally as 11/4. I really want to go beyond that, but that was all it would let me do. I can't find any non-suite/club level rooms for the first two weeks at Yacht Club. I suspect that might really be the case, because club level is showing. Beach Club showed availability but not for standard. I really want Yacht Club though for a milestone birthday. I guess I'll have to keep trying. I probably should have booked it over the phone a long time ago. I think you can do that for room only, but you don't know the correct price.

Is calling better than chat? I don't think I can call tomorrow at work. I have too much to do to be sitting on hold. I might be able to do chat though. I guess I could wait and call tomorrow night. I got home too late tonight.

I noticed some issues booking today that were resolved with switching browsers. Not sure if this will solve your problem or not but you could try?

Just FYI, I was able to book Polynesian standard view through 11/3. Lagoon view also available.

OP I was able to book a discounted room only stay at Coronado Springs for the first week of May 2016 in February 2016. They had lots of availability at 2 to 3 months before our check in date.

I usually only book 6-7 months ahead and never had a problem getting rooms. Sometimes once a promotion comes out they might be out of a certain room but that's usually closer to the date.

I think there's a glitch for CSR. I checked prices for March 8-11th 2017 and under room-only there was no availabilities but when I clicked on the package tab, pricing came up for all the categories.
