First ever Orlando Trip 2012

Hi,
Does anyone know what is a good price for airline tickets from Las Vegas to orlando ending of May? I have been watching the prices for a few weeks now and the lowest I've seen it go was $168 R/T.. I think I should have booked it at that time, but we had just decided to go WDW and wasn't sure if that was a good price... Well.. the airfares have been steady in the $300's.. since then, so I am sick to my stomach!!!
Anyway, we are actually from Hawaii and had planned on DL, but we were going to Las Vegas first, so since my Son is a Harry Potter Fan, I decided to check flights to Orlando! After finding this board, I so want to go to DW and IOA instead of DL!! Now to find a good deal on the airfare!~
This is our first ever trip to Florida! what have you paid for airfare in the past to Orlando?
