Personal Update...

Well, I'm somewhat sad and disappointed to say that we didn't come home with the most expensive 18+ year souvenir that I wanted...something about them being out of stock!

So I call the doctor's office tomorrow to start things in motion for IVF. In about 6 weeks or so, I could be pregnant! And no Sharkey, we aren't going to talk about multiples at this time...

It will be interesting to see how many embryos develop and how many we put back in...

On a scale of 1-5, how is the room?
What (if anything!) is wrong with the room?
Did we stay the night or find another place?
Would I ever come back here again?

My original prediction (before readint the next install) was 4/5 on the room, maybe the room was a bit dirty?, you did stay the night, and yes, you'd go back...but you'd prefer a WDW resort!

I plan to submit this report to Ms. Houston, my Carlson/Radisson contact, and am curious how they will respond. My overall rating for the Resort is a 3. It is fine for Priceline or a really good deal. They accepted our bid of $45 (but then you paid taxes and the $7 resort fee on top!)

Yeah!!! I bet you just love your expressions!!! What cartridges do you have? I now have 14 of them!!! Of course I use my Mickey Font and Mickey and Friends the most. I also bought the two Princess cartridges on ebay for like $35!!! Awesome price when regular is $90!!

Yeah, the room definitely needed work to fix it up right...but then again it was only $65 (incl the resort fee) and the Disney Values were running much higher than that at this time with a smaller room.

My DH said that next time we won't be booking a hotel night before checking into DVC since we took the early flight. I like getting into FL the day before so we don't feel rushed ... we'll see who wins out next time!

I was planning a trip home to PA to visit my parents and sister/nephews and then we were going to go to Hershey Park in June. However, I just found out that I need to be around in basically all of June and July. So now I'm going to pack (should have just left everything in the suitcase!)

I'll try to finish day 1 before I leave, but if you don't hear from me in a while, you'll know why.

The good news is that we are moving forward on our fertility schedule!

Also, an update on our dining room.

We finally got the wood floors finished and the furniture is ready to be delivered. I've been trying to hold them off so that we can get the room painted.

We decided to hire a friend of a friend scared1: ) and she was supposed to paint it before we left for WDW but that didn't work out because she said she didn't complete the prior job in time. Then she was supposed to come today and well it's 12 noon and I haven't heard from her.

So I call the phone number to contact her and guess what, IT'S DISCONNECTED!!! Now of course, we had to give her 50% deposit. I sent her an email message (at least that appears to be working) and now am waiting. Of course, as I said earlier, I'm trying to go out of town over the long weekend so this will delay it even more...

It's too bad that you aren't going to Hershey Park in June! We are going sometime this summer and I could've planned the same day. We could've had a DIS meet in HP.

So far the weather report for the weekend is beautiful (at least in NE PA). In the mid 70's and sunny! Right now it is cloudy/rainy & 50 so anything is an improvement!
