Anyone have a guess as to how the protest will effect Disney this day?

The protests and rallies are in Santa Ana, so DL shouldn't be bothered by that. In terms of employees at DL - I have no idea I would like to think that all the CM's in DL are so happy that they wouldn't dream of leaving work for a protest. Yeah, I like to ignore reality sometimes.

that is the day we arrive and I was worried about that too! My husband is a hispanic immigrant and thinks the whole thing is silly. i would immagine disney runs things like the casinos here do , and if you don't show you will be fired. Here the latin stores will be closed and I guess resturaunts too , I heard form a friend that all the guys at a macaroini grill are not going in . I think it should be ok at DL and at the airport , the unions are telling their people to sign petittions and to work and I would imagine that goes to tourist industry workers there too. The protest oraginzers are not making the peoples rent payments , so many will work, at least that is what I hope!
