Hi! Just booked this cruise, we are so excited! Looking forward to learning all about it. A friend of mine told me about something called a fish extender? I only know the basics. Lots to research.

Welcome to our sailing! I am setting up the FE, so all that needs to be done is send a private message to me, with the stateroom number, number of people in your party, ages (or age range if you are concerned about specific info) names and an email address. If it is a ghost town at work tonight, I will run the numbers so everyone has age ranges, and number of participants.

Just to let everyone know..... This cruise has a great Facebook page going! We chat about the cruise, port adventures, airfare, etc. It has been a nice place to chit chat and learn things about the cruise that new cruisers may not know about! If anyone wants to join just look up Fantasy ship 5/18/2013 and request to join and you can join in the excitement that we are all feeling!

Hope everyone is enjoying their last days of summer.....

My kids head back to school next Wednesday and I am kind of excited to get my house back in order.

Been working on a new fish extender with some supplies I have picked up here and there. I like our old one just fine but thought I'd try something new. It's almost done. So far I haven't had to sew a stitch---though I will in the next part of the process.

ANYWAY....hope everyone is doing good.

Doing awesome! Chance went back to school yesterday, I went back Monday.life is great.

SO SORRY! We had to cancel!!!!! My hubby booked a HUGE Christmas Surprise for the kids and me at the Disneyland Hotel. There is just no way we can do two huge trips so close together! Thanks for everything though! HUGS!

My Twins are back in College...Ash goes to wake Forest University and Aly goes to Gettysburg College..so the house is quiet!! Sooooo...John and I have decided to take our first ever, just the 2 of us, vacation!! So since we did the first DCL Cruise out of New York we decided to do the last DCL Cruise out of New York...it also helped that the price was great too!!!
So lucky for us that will make our countdown between cruises closer!!!

Thanks Naomi....I'm sure the numbers will keep going up and down. Since the group started so early, we are at the stage where people that booked super early and things have come up are changing cruises AND we are starting to get close enough that more folks are starting to book

Are you planning on breaking down the 17 and under category to a more age appropriate brackets, and then again into male and female? Just wondering, I wouldn't give a 3 yr old girl the same gift as a 13 yr old girl? What is the cut off date set at? When does the final email go out?

the entire spreadsheet does have it broken down, however, most of my postings, as usual, have come from my phone. I cant access the excel document from my phone. You asked for numbers, and i gave what I had. When I actually GET HOME from school today, and have a few minutes, i will go through, and post everything that I have as far as age groups and total numbers. I am sorry this is not coming out fast enough for you Beth, but we are still 8 and a half months away. The original FE group will close at 20 staterooms, and a new one can be started by someone else. Right now, we are hovering between 15 and 18 on any given day.

As of the last time I updated with new members, and deleting those who are no longer cruising, here are the numbers.

Because of formatting constraints on the DIS, the information will be in the following format (AGE, Male, Female)

1-3, 2, 1
4-5, 2, 1
6-8, 2, 1
9-10, 3, 0
11-12, 2,0
Adult Minors, 1, 3
Adults, 14, 16

There are obviously missing age categories, I left them off because the information is zero in those categories. There are currently 15 staterooms confirmed participating, with 3 others waiting for the rest of the information, and i believe one new family that has not been added. I have not been able to eek out enough time to get their information added, BUT they are not going to be forgotten!
