Welcome Aboard Amy,

Lynda, did you get a government grant for your study. If so I will reluctantly volunteer to be a control for the study.

No government grant....plastic money and a restless spirit....I do happen to have a spot open for an assistant but, because of your stated reluctance.....:hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

That will teach me to be less sardonic. Darn it. :hyper: :hyper: ;) :p

Hello Amy, welcome aboard are nutty thread. Glad to see that more people are jumping in.

Glenn, I sent you an email did you get it?

Yes, welcome aboard Amy! It is nice to see our DIS group growing for the cruise!! Warm weather here we come.
:sunny: :sunny: :sunny:

No I didnt get the email.... I dont have access to hotmail at work. I also have to work until midnite, so I wont get it until late.

I'll tell you briefly what I said in the email. Your brother went to the Ventnor PO today and introduced himself to the postmaster there. He told him about the prepaid trip we have in May and how he was concerned that the government wouldn't allow him to take the trip since he would be on his 90 day probation period at the time. The postmaster told him not to worry about it and that it was not going to be a problem. Apparently he is friends with the Atlantic City postmaster and he said that he would call him up today and give him the heads up on Mike coming in and having the vacation already planned and paid for. Thank god! We were a little bit worried about them giving him an ultimatum.

Hopefully it all works out. Could you imagine being in Disney taking care of the kids by YOURSELF......LOL I mean my kids too.....

No I can't but I can imagine being in Disney relaxing with you watching the my twins, your twins and Alyssa! lol

I was going to get the 2-way radios from Scott. We can give them to Alyssa and let the kids Goooooooo. by themselves. We can sit at the POLY and relax at the volcano

Glenn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my boys are 5 years old. I can't let them goooooooooooo anywhere by themselves. You will be watching them lol

I am hoping that the twins like the clubs on the boat so Mike and I can have some alone time FOR A CHANGE! If Kyle acts up in there, then we'll be carting him everywhere we go. OH NO! I mean you will be carting him everywhere you go lol:p

You know I will be glad to watch them. Alyssa would be too, but I think she wants to meet boys.

I know I'm just kidding. I'm sure that Mike and I would miss them if they were in the clubs the entire time. We simply aren't used to not being with them day and night. I just know that sometimes they make me want to pull my hair out. I'm sure you understand that having twins yourself!:scared1:

Anna- I hear you about trying to get some free time. We are keeping fingers crossed that our littlest one, Morgan, will be fully potty trained and willing to hang out in the kids club for at least a little while during the trip. We already know her older sister Meghan will be happy to play in the club. And will make one too many friends in the 7 yr. old range. I guess worst case we will have MIL on the trip with us so Morgan could always hang out with her!

While on the cruise I would like to see a time when us big kids could use the Mickey Slide. Also a time just an hour or so where we could play in the kids clubs.
