I have seen several posts regarding dates in May that are full especially at the Swan & Dolphin. I just wanted to share that 5/14 to 5/18 is the annual meeting for ASCO (American Society of Clinical Oncology) in Orlando at the Convention Center. This convention is for about 30,000 docs and those in the oncology field - pharmaceutical companies and biotechs. The Swan, Dolphin, and Contemporary were on the rooming reservation list as designated Disney/ASCO hotels.
