YAY Mari, I'm glad you had a nice day for your birthday!

We are officially into the 40's ladies!!!!! 49 DAYS!!!

We got about 4 inches of snow last night! I can't believe it! It was actually somewhat nice yesterday and then this. DH went into work this morning and said the roads were terrible up here but there is no snow down there. Crazy, it's only 30 miles south!

I finally got to watch Enchanted last night!!


I made all the boys sit and watch it with me! I'm pretty sure they liked it as much as I did!!

has anyone heard about the free ddp??? i heard that it will be announced on april 10th but i don't know if that is only for certain months,(i kinda keep hearing august) or anyone booked for '08... (that seems too good to be true)... but, i don't know what the deal is with it... can anyone fill me in??

Hi everyone! We have made it back home from our incredible journey down to the Mexican Riviera. If you have never taken a cruise before, it is very hard to come back to reality. It is so nice to be waited on, served, and experience many new tastes and flavors of foods.

For our family, it was so good being with my parents and brother, sister and all of our children for an extended period of time. It is refreshing to reconnect, laugh and enjoy each other's company in a relaxed and seemingly timeless atmosphere.

I will post up a trip report and pictures later on this week on a blog site I am setting up.

Meanwhile, I ordered room service tonight - Pizza Hut!

I allowed 5 thirteen year old girls to come to my house to spend the night...

At supper, they were all seated at the table-
and every one of them was talking at the same time.
and every one of them knew what the others were saying-
and they could listen and answer at the same time.

I forgot to tell you guys the sweetest thing my DD did yesterday. After I picked her up from the sitters house she was telling me that it was my birthday party today and she started singing "Happy birthday to mommy Happy Birthday to Mommy" I guess that is the only part she knows but I had to pull over to give her a kiss.... She make me cry I wasn't even expecting for her to do that. But at night she blew out my candles....

That was so sweet.

So usually the freee dining is from mid aug to late sept. I also heard itshould be announced soon. They had it for a couple years already.

The Easter Bunny came and the girls were so happy with all their goodies.

Today is Dh birthday too. He got a bunch of great stuff. He loved the cards the girls made him.

Well it is basically for aug sept months and it if you book a room using a certain code or something during that time you get teh dining plan for free. But remember that's when it's a little more booked.

Well i'm off to my mother's we do a easter egg hunt in the backyard. It's still kinda cold here so the kids will be outside with their coats and stuff on. and the lawn is a mess from the winter but it is always like that and they have a ball.

Well, the Easter Bunny brought me a new present. You'll never guess what it is....


a new washer and a new dryer. Saturday night around 9 p.m. our old washer washed it's last load of clothes. It was 17 years old and a wedding gift from my in-laws. After lunch today, we stopped at Home Depot, which was the only store in town open. I ordered my new washer and dryer. The washer is being delivered on Wed. and the dryer is out of stock will will delivered in April. Our dryer has been repaired several times, so dh said, we should replace them both. Get a matching set!

The kids loved their Easter baskets and we a great Easter Sunday.

Morning All!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a great easer at my mother's house. My DD LOVED doing the easter egg hunt. Even though tmy little brother (11) and nephew(11) were pushing her around to get the eggs she ended up with the most money.... But all in all they all loved hunting for the eggs.

NC - Great news on the present from the Bunny... I would LOVE that but mine are ok they are only about 3 years old. And work great so i can't complain Yet.....

Good Morning MAYers! Glad to hear everyone had a nice Easter!


After church we just hung out at home most of the day and finished up watching the rest of those movies we rented. Then we went to my Dad & Step-mom's for dinner. They sometimes do an Easter egg hunt at their house, but it was too cold and there was still snow on the ground.

The snow is almost melted here. My dad lives a little north of here so they had even more than us! Dang weather!
