I already packed DD and DS stuff and put them in those bags you get from buying a comforter a few weeks ago. I have all my outfits for my 7 dinners away in my closet and I have my bathing suits and cover ups put aside along with my shorts/shirts/tanks. I have shoes that I am taking set aside in closet (still wear them, but put then back in that spot)

I have all FE gifts done, just need to print labels with room numbers on them. Magnets and shirts are done. Oh I have our "official" magnet to do tonight.

On Sunday I wil organize my bathroom closet and pack our toiletries.

BTW my FE gifts will say..

Me, my mom and DD will be doing pedi's. I am doing shellac on my nails. (just did it for the first time yesterday for DD's 1st Communion and it's GREAT)

I am also doing a bikini and underarm wax. My friend just did before she went to Aruba and she LOVED it!

From looking on deck plans it appears to be a 4D on port side. Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah. So it's an upgrade from Reg. Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah (I think 50 sq. feet....LOL)

So excited we now know our room!

I called DCL today and they said VGT have not been assigned for the 5-12 cruise. Does anyone else on this thread have VGT assigned ? The website is still down and the castmember sounded a little annoyed that was my only question.

Everyday my excitement increases for this cruise! We are in Seattle and it's raining and 56 degrees today. I have been pulling out our summer clothes, beach wraps, shorts, sundress and sandals!! We are down to 2 weeks now what has everyone decided on for excursions? Here is our final list.... (I changed a few times over the recent weeks) Since we have 3.5 DS our excursion choices were limited a little...

Grand Cayman: Rumpoint (Heard just great things about this place and lots of shade and hammocks and calm waters for the little ones)

Costa Maya: Currently planning on visiting the pool/shops in port then the Dolphin Encounter.

Cozumel: Cozumel Beach Break and a little shopping

CC: Snorkeling, floats and bike rentals

Very happy that our two rooms will be near one another... also happy that we are on Deck 8, sandwiched between two other stateroom decks (really did not want to be under pool or night club! LOL!) The only "bummer" is that we are way forward and all the "fun" stuff is aft... but really, that's probably not a bad thing! LOL!

Alright, let's revive this thread!! My name is Michelle . I sent a PM to the original organizer that I'm willing to be the new roll call leader and FE organizer. But haven't heard back yet. So let's start from scratch. If you are sailing on this cruise please post the following:

okay, i'm already confused! I have looked at various deckplans and it seems that some say my staterooms are one category and others say it's another... and the deck plan on the Disney TA site does not show my cabin 8001 at all!!!!

I can't find it, either. Maybe you've got a lovely space out on deck.

Call DCL and ask them. The website has been having problems for a couple of days so it's probably nothing. When I search for 7001 or 9001, they specifically say that it is not a valid stateroom number. It doesn't do that when I search for 8001, it just won't show me where it is. Well, it does, but it sort of shows it in the middle of a hallway at the front of deck 8. I'm sure it just has something to do with the website maintenance they've been doing.
