Kindergarten is a breeding ground for anything going around

The other parent's thought of school as a daycare centre so they sent their kids to school with full blown colds/strep throat etc...

It does not take much for a kid that young to develop an ear infection, especiallly since they do not blow their noses

Interesting for you Tink fans out there (my DD6 has always been nicknamed "my little Tink"). I've got the girls home today (springbreak) and we are watching Playhouse Disney on Family channel and they keep showing previews from Disney Fairies.

The girls have been quite enjoying them. We hadn't seen them before.

I just can't wait for this cruise! I packed the pirate chest suitcase last night for the kids Easter gift. I think we will make a treasure map and give it to the kids after they find their easter baskets and tell them how this Easter is special and we gave them a gift but they have to find it first and we hide much better than the Easter bunny! I can't wait to see their face when they see the pirate chest...the eldest will probably guess what it means. But once they open it, Carol's handmade fish extender is in their with her note "Hope you have a Magical Cruise!" Boy, will they be excited! And then finally I can start packing! I laugh when I write that as I think most people don't think packing 50 days out would be "finally"!! But it is for some of us!

I've been cruising the DCL site and checked out My Cruise Gifts & Amenities.
They have added some new thing since I've been there, quite a few months ago. They have Easter items. Do you think they will have anything special for Mothers Day?

that's good news for Tyler...you have been very lucky on the ear infection front! Our house was a magnet for them it seemed!

Well, he's just always been very, very healthy. Like me, I suppose. We just don't get sick. Once a year at most.

Ok, so I had to go see my grandmother in the ICU last night. She fell off her front porch going after my cousins toddler. She caught him and he is ok but she hit her head and had to have 19 staples. She opened her eyes yesterday and is responsive and starting to breathe on her own. They said it she hadn't caught the baby he would not have survived. She aspirated in the ambulance. Everyone is trying to keep their sprirts up. They are trying to bring her off the sedation but she keeps trying to pull out her IVs. This happened Ths. night and I found out last night b/c my dad couldn't remember my phone number. My Uncle now has my number. I am going to the Augusta GA today at 4. Ok sorry that was so sad.

I just did my online check-in, and everything went very smoothly, and the website came right up and was fast. I got my contracts, my guest information and my payment authorization forms all printed out and ready to take to the port.

Do we have to print them and take them with us? I have never done that.I've just had to sign a paper when I got to the ship.

Saves you time if you bring them. They also have them available at the port if you forget them or just don't bring them.

The way I heard/understood it these were just previews for the upcoming movie. Last I heard the Tinkerbell movie was coming out Oct 28, 2008.

My crappy story of the day, is since my cruise vacation was OVER 10K I can't enjoy the benefit of the 0% interest for 6 months on the DISNEY VISA.

Note to self, now is the time to abandon ship on the DISNEY VISA. If they can't offer this incentives to customers that are spending significant money what is the point of using their card.

I've reach my level of disgust with this card and now will change my accounts to another bank to get other rewards/points.
