Back in DC. Flight out of Long Beach and it was perfect!!! We arrived at Dulles at 5am EDT and we have been sleeping at home since. It is noon time here now.

Don is on the way from the beach.....last night it was him and 13 teenage girls watching 27 Dresses together!! (my 3 nieces came over with his 6 and then some neighborhood girls watched the movie with him). He said it was the "ultimate in fatherhood "

Time to unpack and grocery shop.

Hope everyone is well and feeling better.

I only have one question.....how can you go on a 15 day vacation and be so tired at the end?????

glad you made it home safely! I agree.....Scott and I were just talking about how tired we were and how glad we had today to recover before school/work tomorrow! I guess a trip of a lifetime with great friends and sooooo much fun just exhausts you!

Well we made it home last night around 11 pm - we luckily had a direct flight from LAX to Nashville and it was great! We then had a 2.5 hour drive home with a stop for dinner so it took us 4 hours to get home. We stopped at Cracker Barell for some sweet tea and biscuits and gravy

We have been unpacking today - slept till 10 am and are getting ready to go run errands - will give more upates later - we had a blast loved meeting everyone.

I can hardly believe it is over! We got home yesterday around 5pm. Scott and I crashed on the couch for an hour or so while the girls watched some TV. Taylor spent most of the day crying....she just was so sad that the cruise was over! Then of course at bedtime she got Jaide crying as well....missing their new friends and all the fun they had on board. So then I started in too......what a scene we were

It was great to meet everyone....for those I didn't get to meet or spend time with...where did the time go?! Did anyone else notice you pretty much saw the same group over and over again and missed lots of others?

We had a wonderful trip and it is hard to be back in the real world...just had to search the house for some food to cook for the girls for breakfast....where oh where is that buffet when I need it?!

Hope everyone is feeling better and resting today (except the group still on vacation at DL!) I didn't touch the suitcases last night, so that is my goal today....unpacked and laundry done!

I only cried a little. It made it easier that I had a stomach ache and I just wanted to get home. Now I feel better and I'm a little sad looking at all the pictures and thinking about all the things I didn't do and all the people I didn't talk to.

More pics Gaylean!!! And the bigger the better!!! Miss Ya!!! And Cindy too! Oh how I'm gonna miss Cindy! That first night at Rockin' Bar D with the fun crew was the best night V and I have had in FOREVER! I think that was the best night of the whole trip!!! Lisa(calmom), Lori(eyyorelover10?), us, Gaylean, Shannon, Marr, Tiffany, Steph and a couple of others made that a night I will NEVER forget!!! Calmom, your the best!!! Just watching a bit of video from that night and what happens on the Magic STAYS on the Magic!!! Ya right! Here's a pic.......

Mothers Day passes allowed some to join in the best night of the cruise! What a BLAST we had. Lookin good Cindy!!! Not everyone who was there is in this pic.

Jon and I are exactly the same. I think we will be less after the alcohol swelling goes away No really, did you notice how everyone's faces look swollen towards the last day? There is a big difference in our formal pictures.

Hey - I did order entrees off the adult menu 2 times (and not just the lighter fare section I normally ate from).

Almost all my appetizers/soups came from the kids menu. By the end of the end of the cruise I had Darrell ordering his soups from that menu and Deb even got dessert off it the last night!

Hey, not fair! I didn't even know there were appetizers and soups on the kids' menu! I would have totally ordered from there! I guess that's what happens when your kids outgrow the kids' menus! Boo Hoo....

How the heck did you THAT??!!! Must have been all that dancin'!!!!
Chickenbone maybe helped too!!! I think two or three desserts at dinner and those after midnight BLT's and steak fries from room service is what did it to me!!!

We walked the stairs too. Not for exercise but because I couldn't stand the wait. Plus I only had a dessert a few nights. We stopped the room service after the first few nights because the kids wouldn't get to sleep until 2:00 if we ordered.
