We are moving to Florida!!!!

Darrell got the official offer today and we are looking at Aug 4th as his start date so we would probably leave SD on July 28th.

So now we get back from the crusie and start packing!!!

Hello everyone. About the alarm clock, can you see the time at night? When I wake up in the middle of the night, I need to know what time it is or I can't sleep. I'll keep wondering what time it is and how close it is to morning.

DH is bringin his computer so he can post some live updates. He is very excited about it.

Tomorrow I am going to pack and clean the house so that I can relax on Wed. and get thing together for my mom, the pet sitter, and any other last minute things.

Thanks for the info on the clock. I'm sure my kids will befriend anyone that will take them! I have a nephew who is going and he is 4 so he and Grant are the same age.

Oh fun! Yeah it seems there aren't all that many kids onboard, so I'm sure they'll be hanging out together

****CRUISE QUESTION****

I am doing some final packing and can't remember if the staterooms have hair dryers. Can someone help me out?

Yes they do.. not the strongest hair dryers in the world, but they're in the cabins. For me, I have thin hair, so they work fine on my head.

Too cute Nan! I was too tired to make my annual fajitas tonight, but I did have some chips and cheese dip, so I guess that counts for celebration.

DCL finally contacted me and said they were trying to find a place big enough for all of us. It sounded like the person may have been new because he keeps telling me he will ask because he has no idea. Anyway, a lot of DISers have said to get on the cruise and then decide. If they don't get back to me, I guess that's what we'll have to do.

I think we should all (both Bunco and Poker) meet in the Promemade Lounge. We can move if we need to.....but I have walked by there so many times and it is always dead during the day (except for Bingo....which does not start till 3pm I think??) Anyone remember the Bingo start time??
