That's exactly what I told his dad when he was complaining about having to sit at the hospital for 6 hours. I told him that's what I've heard to do in the past and he told me he didn't know and that the on-call doc told him to take him in.

But when he dropped him off, he told me they told him exactly what I told him (and what you posted). He should have called Dr. Mom first! LOL!

Liquids will be the hard part because I usually have difficulty getting him to drink normally, but will insist tonight. Bought pedialyte, so that should help too.

If Tyler won't drink give him popsicles. Any liquid, even frozen, counts.

He'll be better in a day or so.

I do not know about anyone else but I think for this cruise I am going to pack "movie theater candy" in our bags. I really do not bring much food on board but the kids love to have it when we go to see movies onboard and the price they charge is just way high.

I can hit the dollar tree and pick up the movie size boxes and pack them - then freeing up room coming home

I was also reading there is a Sams Club at Puenta Verarta right near the port. may have to pop over there and get some things too

OK...I left a message for the after hours on-call doc.

I wish they'd dropped Tyler off first instead of making him go wait with them at the pharmacy with them when he feels so lousy.

Sure hope he feels better soon. David had a 24hr "something" and now Ashley is not feeling well. Hopefully Tyler will bounce back just as quickly.

I think the MAGICal news will help cheer him up!!

I think they are Ugly. But...I'm gonna try a pair. resistance is futile...

I think crocs are ugly too. I am a flip flop kinda girl and so I tried a pair of the Croc flip flops instead of the other ones. They are very comfy and kinda "squishy" feeling on your feet.

However the most comfy shoes I have ever owned and all the people I have gotten hooked on them agree are my Columbia Nevis flip flops. They have perfect support in them. I can wear them from Opening til close at Disneyland and my feet will not feel one bit sore at the end of the night. I cannot say that about any other shoe I own.

They are not the cutest shoes out either but I swear by them for long days on your feet. Here are some at Zappos in Bahama Blue. I might have to get that color as it seems fitting for the cruise!

Our house was being preped for paint on Monday. We spent our morning cleaning up the crap. A big pile in the driveway to haul away. It was pressure washed, Monday-wed painted

I am one of those people that a fresh coat of paint cheers me up. Silly I know but when things are neat and tidy at home I am in a better mood.

These are sweet but tart hard candy. Similar in make up and texture to US Smarties. Another fave of my wife.

I think everyone brings a bag or two of their faves and we all get together and share...

DrHug and I get a sugar high everytime we go out to the motorhome for a SkipBo night. We have a stash out there of Boston Baked Beans, Sour Balls and those stripe crunchy peanut butter small bars. I can't think of them name of them, but they are the Yummiest!

Sorry if this is a dumb question, as I've never used the 'favorites' list before. Is this list just as a reminder for you of the things you want to book, or is there some way you use this list to actually access/enter that excursion more quickly once your booking window is open?



Also Acapulco Excursions: Has anyone taken a look at Shopping, Flavors & Traditions? I'm thinking about this one and it would be more fun to do it with someone. It meets all my requirements, under 4 hours, includes the words 'air conditioned motor coach' and 'lunch'. There's a cooking demonstration, folkdance exhibition and fashion show...followed by shopping. Sounds like a nice break after four days on the ship.

from my last cruise, you could sort the excursions by the items on your wish list. so that only those items would show up. it's makes it easier to book.

Game 2 for today is starting off being a rough affair between Edmonton and Calgary - the Battle of Alberta. Barely 4 minutes into the game and already we've had a few "meetings". Just hope they continue to beat each other up, as my Canuckleheads need all the help they can get right now.

I was just browsing the spa treatments and clicked on the spa villas, holy moly they about break the bank! It makes me not feel so bad about swimming with the dolphins, I'm not sure why.
