Maxpass ride photo download question??

So I got a new Signature plus pass last weekend, went to the park to activate it and rode some of favorites the short time I was there. I know it comes with max pass, which also includes photo pass and ride photos, right?

I just tried to add my ride photo codes from that day to the app. I'm getting the photos but with a photo pass watermark, when I click the photos, I get the option to purchase them or link my ticket or pass to the account, I tried link my AP again and it says it's already linked but I still can't download the photos. Has anyone else had this happen? I had maxpass for a day trip last year and was able to download the photos no problem so I'm not sure what to do?

Your new Signature Plus pass should have a Photopass QR Code on the lower right hand corner of the card. In the app, go to "Link PhotoPass Photos" and scan that QR Code in. Hopefully, that will fix your watermark, as this should link your photos to your AP.

Thank you I think I tried that but I'll try again.

I’ve had this happen a couple of times, where my whole photo section goes to watermarks. I feel like once I uninstalled and reinstalled the app? Sometimes logging out and back in works, too.

I’m sorry it’s a hassle for you! Hopefully it gets resolved easily.

Some other people have posted about the watermark problem. I think some of them had to call to get the problem resolved, but they did get things fixed. Try pp's uninstall/reinstall suggestion -- it's useful and works for many things when the app goes wonky.

My boyfriend had to reach out to Disney to get it resolved when this happened to us last week. They had the wrong ticket on his account listed as primary. It took less than a day for them to fix it for him.

So I don't even know if this issue is resolved because I haven't had photo pass photos taken lately but thought I could come back to this to ask another AP related Disneyland app question. :thumbsup2 I tried to search but didnt see anything pop up.

Mobile ordering and your discount??? How does it work? Am I supposed to input it somewhere on the order that I have an AP or is it supposed to be automatically applied because my pass is in the app?? Which I assumed it was the latter, but looking back at my mobile orders from the other night, I didn't get a discount. I was just playing with an order right now and clicked a link that said something about an AP discount...its says to make sure my AP is connected to my account and it is so I'm not sure what's happening.

It sounds like your pass has the same issues as my husband's signature plus pass. I purchased both his and my pass at the same time and his seems to have failed correctly linking up as primary with his online account profile. He is able to use both his physical and digital pass for admission and he has no issues with Maxpass, but all his photos still have the watermarks and won't add properly and the AP discount does not work for mobile ordering (it should apply automatically). My pass has neither of these issues. You will have to call Disney to have them sort it out the technical difficulties. I have called Disney to try to get my husband's pass fixed, but they refuse to speak to me about it other than to tell me that he has to call them personally to sort out but they will be able to correct the problems. Dealing with Disney phone hold lines and technical support hasn't been one of his priorities for some reason, so his pass that we got back in March still has these issues. I'm hoping I can convince him to call and sort it out before our next trip.

Your mobile order discount only applies at locations that offer Annual Passholder discounts. For example if you mobile order food from say, Galactic Grill, your discount will apply as that is considered a quick service restaurant. However if you also mobile order food from the Dole Whip stand, your Annual Passholder discount would not apply as that is considered a food cart.

Thanks, I'll call tomorrow on my day off. One was a $50 meal so the discount would've been nice.

The most expensive meal of the day was actually Galactic Grill...lol One was for beignets at Mint Julip and I know that doesn't do a discount but the other two should've had one as well.
